On May 16th Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation (Mitsubishi) ferried aircraft MSN 10003, an MRJ-90 regional jet, from its testing facilities in Moses Lake, Washington to Maas Aviation’s (MAAS) state of the art twin-bay MRO painting facility in Mobile, Alabama. The MAAS team repainted the aircraft into the All Nippon Airway’s (ANA)/ Mitsubishi special livery, redelivering the aircraft to Mitsubishi on the 25th of May. Newly registered as JA23MJ, the aircraft represents the first Mitsubishi regional jet to appear in the livery of its launch customer, ANA. The aircraft made its debut to audiences from around the world on June 15th as it arrived into Le Bourget for the 53rd edition of the Paris Airshow.
